Sturgis East MUSIC
Welcome!
We're excited you're here! Sturgis offers a wide variety of musical activities for all interests. From music appreciation courses to IB music, guitar club to karaoke and boom whacker clubs, from Jazz groups to String Orchestra, a cappella to Sturgis Singers -there is something for everyone - and if we don't have a group that you'd like to make music with, we are happy to start a new one!
The Sturgis East Music Department involves around 75 Sturgis students (not including students enrolled in general music appreciation courses) and plays an important role in many of the events Sturgis holds throughout the year. Events where you will see us perform include Convocation, the Clubs Fair, the Winter Concert, the IB Fair, the Spring Concert, Arts Fest, and Graduation!
If you're interested in finding out more information about our courses, ensembles, clubs, and activities (or if you're interested in joining us or creating a new activity!), please contact us here.
We can't wait to make music with you!
